The Erdener Prälat is one of the best locations on the Moselle. In the middle of the rock massif there are 100-year-old vines that are perfectly south-facing. The vineyard requires 100% manual labor in our absolute steepest location of 65%. The result is a particularly concentrated but also mineral Riesling. It appears taut and precise in the glass. It smells of red apples, passion fruit and mango. The aging on full yeast in a 500 liter tonneau wooden barrel ensures a certain smoothness.
