The grapes are harvested separately from the upper, cooler area of ​​our Prälat plot. The aim was to develop a fine, mineral, fruity Riesling from these grapes, which usually taste somewhat fresher and leaner. It should not have more than 11.5% alcohol by volume. In the classic range of a typical Moselle Riesling. The absolutely healthy, yellow grapes were harvested precisely. The result is a great Moselle Riesling, with slate grit and very good storage potential for the next 20 years.
