This wine comes from 50-year-old vines. This makes it concentrated, with impressive depth and fruit. The old vines produce aromas of crisp stone and pome fruit, as well as a hint of pineapple. This Riesling is absolutely fine and balanced, beautifully integrated with acidity that blends with mineral vibrancy—and, of course, the salinity so typical of the Mosel.
